The agents found certain similarities in the disappearances and obtained information on the existence of a male who offered his house to house underage girls during their absences.
The principal investigated allegedly contacted through a well-known social network with adolescents between 12 and 15 years old, making them believe that he was about twenty years old, in order to gain his trust.
Later, through instant messaging, she invited minors to make personal encounters at her home, where they were organized parties in which alcoholic beverages and tobacco were supplied, in order to disinhibit them.
During the investigation, civil guards have verified that the principal investigated carried out the harassment or approach to the minors, through the social network used, developing elaborate staging and having as sole purpose to establish a relationship and An emotional control over the minors, which allowed him to prepare the ground for the subsequent sexual abuse, first of virtual way and later, already in advanced stage, physical.
In this way, he began the virtual relationship with the contact with the minor in order to know their tastes, preferences and create a relationship in order to reach the confidence of their potential victim, trying to achieve some emotional dependence with it .
Later it carried out the phase of construction of the friendship, which included personal and intimate confessions between the minors and the harasser.
In this way, the confidence obtained from the children was consolidated and the information about their lives, tastes and customs was deepened.
The final objective of these approaches, already entrenched in that relationship of friendship, was the gradual inclusion of specifically sexual terms, requiring them to send photographs in underwear or naked and the petition to the minors to go to the address of the harasser for their Participation in acts of a sexual nature, which occurred in the presence of other adults and, in some cases, coming to participate in sexual games with minors.
Consolidated a series of indications about the participation of up to three adult males in sexual harassment and abuse, the Civil Guard has arrested and brought to justice the alleged harasser and principal investigated, continuing with the remaining arrests.
Civil guards have found that in all cases the modus operandi was identical.
The now arrested created in a well-known social network a profile in which he pretended to be a young man with similar tastes to those of the minors with whom he maintained contact.
Then he coaxed them for several weeks and even months, talking about common hobbies and concerns.
When he managed to empathize with them, his conversations rose, becoming charged with a high sexual content, requesting, in some cases, intimate images.
Given the suspicion that the minors were being deceived, the agents carried out different actions in order to find out who was really the person who was behind the nick with which the girls contacted.
With all the information collected could confirm the initial suspicions, determining that the alleged young man was actually an individual of 42 years.
The investigation shows that the principal investigated encouraged the minors to miss classes, with the sole purpose that these go to their home.
Once convinced, she organized meetings with other adults, in which they were given the smallest alcoholic beverages, sometimes leading to strong drunkenness in them, which, semi-unconscious and without the capacity to resist, were subject Of abuses by the adults present.
The operation continues open, not ruling out the appearance of new victims.
The Ecuadorian detainees, aged between 19 and 42, and residents of Jumilla, together with the investigations, have been placed at the disposal of the Jumilla Court of Instruction No. 1 (Murcia).
