Responding to another of the proposals that came through the Participatory Budgets, the City of Jumilla will proceed to carry out the works of accessibility in the Garden of Gloria Fuertes, which will have a cost of 13,727.21 euros and will be carried out By the company Vifraju SL, as approved this morning by the Governing Board.
The accesses will be adapted to the same one and will create in its interior spaces without architectural barriers that will make possible the passage by any zone of the same one.
Equally will be placed children's games adapted for children with reduced mobility.
In addition, a collaboration agreement has been approved between the City of Jumilla and the Abraham Project Association for the regulation and implementation of selective collection systems for footwear, toys and textiles.
To do this, metallic containers will be placed in the streets and Ecoparque, a door-to-door collection system will be implemented through neighborhood communities and shops and an awareness campaign will be carried out in the municipality's educational centers.
On the other hand, the technical specifications and administrative clauses that govern the administrative contract for services for the operation of municipal swimming pools are approved.
The award procedure will open for the most economically advantageous tender with a duration of two years, the basic bidding budget being 507,933.27 euros.
Related to these facilities, it is also approved the purchase of products for the treatment and maintenance of pools for the value of 5,431.31 euros through Propagua del Levante SL
Replacement cable in La Estacada
In view of the need to replace the electric cable that was stolen a few days ago in the hamlet of La Estacada, the Government Board has approved to hire the electrical company Cifuentes for the supply of 1,200 meters of copper cable for the price of 1,771.44 euros .
Ignifugado industrial buildings
It is agreed to carry out the fireproofing works of industrial buildings 3 and 4 of municipal ownership located in the Los Romerales Industrial Park.
The works will be carried out by the company Escayolas Sánchez Jiménez and will cost 26,765 euros.
Other agreements
The Governing Board of today has initiated the administrative file for the purchase of urban furniture for Jumilla and pedanias to be used in public spaces.
Also, the adhesion to the agreement of the Governing Council has been approved to show the support to the concession of the Gold Medal of the Region of Murcia to the Program of Donation, Transplant of Organs and Tissues of the Region of Murcia.
In addition, it is agreed to grant subsidy of 3,420 euros to the municipal group of the Socialist Party for operating expenses.
In settlement of obligations, an amount of € 234,927.12 was approved for payment to suppliers.
