The student of the Jumilla Cruz de Piedra Concert Center Consuelo Soriano has been awarded the second prize of the third edition of the Intelligent Water Stories Competition, convened by Hidrogea in order to contribute to the awareness of the importance of water, through Literature.
This morning he received his award for his work 'The most beautiful city' in the presence of the Councilor for Education, Salvi Pérez, the manager of Aguas de Jumilla, Manuel Rayo, and the director of the center, Maria Francisca Mateo.
In the contest, young people between 12 and 17 years of age who study in the educational centers of all municipalities where the company manages the integral water cycle: Abanilla, Águilas, Alcantarilla, Beniel, Cartagena, Cehegín, Cieza, Jumilla, Lorca, San Javier, Torre Pacheco and Las Torres de Cotillas.
The first prize went to the hands of Marta Vives, a student of the Sacred Heart College of San Javier.
