This morning the seventh edition of the Solidarity March organized by the 4 Patas Association was presented with the presence of the Councilor of the Animal Shelter, Pilar Martínez, and two of the volunteers of the organizing association, Santa Lozano and Carlos Willian.
Again the objective is to raise funds that will go to the animals of the Municipal Shelter.
This year will be held on Sunday, 7 May with departure from the Municipal Shelter at 10.00.
The tour will be similar to the one of previous years, suitable for children and with end in the aerodrome of the Alquería.
Participants will be able to enjoy an exhibition of aeromodelismo and of the councils of the Association Stipa, that during the route will be in charge to offer data on the flora and fauna of the zone.
The cost of registration is 5 euros and can be done at Mascoticas and Urbano clinics.
Participants may bring their own dog or may request to accompany one of those residing in the Municipal Hostel.
To do this, they must be an hour earlier at the starting point for organizational issues.
Both the councilor of the area and the representatives of the Association 4 Paws have taken advantage of the press conference to encourage animal lovers to "get, at least for one day, that the Animal Shelter is left empty. There are dogs that rarely go out and are looking forward to this day. "
