The Municipal Consumer Information Office of the City of Jumilla has organized an informative talk on the amounts unduly charged in mortgages by financial institutions in terms of soil clauses.
The Association for the Defense of Consumers and Users of Banks, Cajas and Seguros (ADICAE) will be given by members this Thursday at 19.00 hours in the Roque Baños Cultural Center.
It has organized before the large demand of information of the consumers of Jumilla by this subject before the possibility opened by the Royal Decree Law 1/2017 of 20 January.
The association that is in charge is a specialist in claiming these issues and will help the participants to dispel any doubts they may have in the method to be followed for their claim to the bank, offering the different options to which the claimant can benefit.
