The Local Government Board held this morning has agreed to the adhesion of the City of Jumilla to the Network of Common Spaces for Attention to Citizenship and Virtual Registration Offices (ORVE)
It consists of an electronic administration service that allows the electronic processing with digitalization in the positions of attention to the citizen.
The paper documentation is returned to the citizen.
It is the image of the documents that is forwarded, eliminating the paper in the offices of registration and attention.
It multiplies the administrative efficiency since the reception in destination is realized in minutes regardless of its geographical location or level of competent administration and the shipping costs are reduced considerably.
Smaller contracts
In smaller contracts it is agreed to hire the drafting of the projects and management of the works for low voltage electrical installation and opening in the Centro Cultural El Alpicoz and Torre del Rico Social Center for a cost of 2,420 and 1,379.40 euros respectively.
The company Estudio de Ingeniería, Proyectos y Valoraciones SL will be in charge of the first to carry out the first of the contracts and Gesprotek Levante SL the second.
At the same point, it was agreed to acquire an electrowelded cast mesh, made of steel for the repair work on Portillo de los Milanos street at a cost of 1,242.68 euros.
For this same work a backhoe will be rented and the transport and management of the waste generated will be contracted, with the company Riegos Ago for an amount of 6,681.62 euros.
Likewise, the purchase of 200 m3 of concrete for municipal works to be carried out in the next months is approved.
They will be supplied by the company JJ Quílez SL for an amount of 11,495 euros.
Abandoned animals collection service
The Government Board has approved the hiring of the Association 4 Patas Jumilla for the provision of the service of collection of abandoned animals during the year 2017 for the price of 3,000 euros.
Included in the contract are the collection material, own vehicles, clinical examination, deworming, health card and vaccines.
Donation
It is accepted the donation of a layer embroidered in gold thread of a tunic of the Brotherhood of Santo Costado that belonged to the late Fermín Soriano García, with the aim of being exposed in the Museum of Holy Week.
Other agreements
On the other hand, the memory of the need to hire a driver for the Jumilla Castle bus is approved through the current work exchange.
The contracting dates will be from April 1 to November 5 with a cost of 7,083.65 euros.
In settlement of obligations, an amount of € 181,520.49 was approved for payment to suppliers.
