Jumilla will be one of the destinations of the Rally Region of Murcia of Antique and Classic Cars.
The first stage, to be celebrated tomorrow, will pass through the town from Archena.
40 cars registered between 1907 and 1964 will be exhibited. Amongst the vehicles the American brands abound and in particular the Chenard Walcker, of which there are very few units, as well as the Packard and the Hupmobile.
Chevrolet, Chrysler, Ford, Cadillac and Mercedes models will also travel.
The itinerary of the rally, organized by the Club Ruta del Sol, is different every year.
The purpose is to show in each edition different points of regional interest, taking advantage of the exhibition so that pilots and visitors know the culture, history, gastronomy and customs of the municipalities to which they travel. In Jumilla, they will visit in the morning the Monastery of Santa Ana And then a meal will be held in Salons Pío XII, scheduled for 14.00 hours.
