The Carnival of Jumilla 2017 will go down in history for its high participation in all the events that have been organized.
Councilor Festajos, Pilar Martínez, especially highlighted the parade Saturday, which had 25 groups involved in the same among associations, day care centers and schools, which meant that more than a thousand participants were exceeded.
"We are very satisfied with the development of the same and the great influx of public both on the way and at the end on the street of Calvary," said the mayor.
Two contestants took part in the II Drag Queen Gala, "this year with much more level than the past, so the evolution of the event has clearly been seen", according to Pilar Martínez, who thanked Grupo Inestables for his organization and companies Who donated the prizes for their collaboration.
The gala counted on a great number of public in the parking of the Supply Market during the whole dawn.

The Councilor of Celebrations has also indicated that the cost of organizing the Carnival festivities has been about 15,000 euros.
