The mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, the Councilor for Economy and Employment, Juan Gil, and the coach responsible for the project, Raúl Gallego, presented this morning in Jumilla the Service Activation 100x100, which aims to increase the chances of insertion of jobseekers Through the mediation of a personal trainer or coach.
It is a service promoted by SEF and financed by the Ministry of Employment and Social Security.
The project will begin next March 20 and until then will be the process of selection of the 25 people who will be part of the group.
Pre-registrations can be made at the SEF office and at the Jumilla City Hall.
They can request their participation from long-term unemployed to young people with little professional experience and especially in need of guidance, registered as job seekers in Jumilla.
Raúl Gallego explained to the more than fifty people who have attended the presentation the work system that will take the group of 25 people selected.
Specific motivational work will be carried out, followed by a 'rediscovery' task, whereby the unemployed will once again be fully aware of their qualities and of how they can optimize them in the search for employment.
It is mainly a matter of emphasizing the strengths of each of these people.
Afterwards, it will seek to outline the specific professional objective of the participants and intensify the work of recruiting job offers, visits to companies and delivering curriculum.
The mayor, Juana Guardiola, said: "It is a question of offering the Jumillanos a guide that will personally advise in the search for employment. It is an activity that has already been tried and that usually works, so it was requested from the Town Hall can count on her in the municipality ".
