Yesterday the emergency works began at the Casa Perez de los Cobos, located on Calle del Rico.
The actions come as a consequence of the extreme deterioration of the property.
They will provide for the cleaning, underpinning and debris of the house, as well as the timely replacement of the roof with the objective of achieving minimum conditions of safety and stability avoiding, until the final restoration is done, the rain action that enters through Cracks and landslides.
The works will cost 90,600 euros, which will come from the budget surplus, with a charge to the remaining Treasury.
