The waiting lists for citizens at the Jumilla Social Services Center have been below the average of 15 days, as shown by the data for the year 2016.
This average of days is the one recommended by the Autonomous Community for all the centers of Social Services of the Region of Murcia and the one of Jumilla has managed to maintain it although there has been an increase of users attended of 11% with respect to the year 2015 And 32.22% compared to 2014. In 2014, 2,004 users were served, in 2015 they were 2,645 and 2016 ended 2,957.
The average number of waiting days has dropped more than half in just over a year.
If 2014 closed with 30'57 days on average, the year 2016 has done with 14.53 days of average waiting to be attended.
The Councilor for Social Policy, Salvi Pérez, has been satisfied with the data and pointed out that "there is clearly an improvement in the quality of the service provided, allowing citizens to have much less waiting for their needs to be met. The Social Policy Department wants to show gratitude to the effort made by the workers in the area that has allowed this management improvement. "
