The Governing Board held yesterday approved the award of civil work to the company Riegos Ago for the underground of the high voltage line for the construction of the new College of Primary and Secondary Education Prince Felipe for a cost of 5,381 euros.
Likewise, it was agreed to pay the fee to Iberdrola for the performance of these works for an amount of 28,032 euros.
In connection with this same issue, the agreement on electric infrastructure for supply was approved at Polygon R-1 of the Partial Urban Planning Plan.
Various certifications and receptions were approved for works such as the underground containers in the streets Fernando III and Isaac Peral for 49,076 euros, the conditioning of the ground and the hedge of the playground of the Plaza Manuel Azaña for 12,819 euros, the power line Of the Waste Transformation Plant for 16,588 euros and phase two of the works of the El Alpicoz Civic Center.
Other agreements
On the other hand, it was agreed to sell the disused containers for 0.32 euros per kilo plus VAT and approved an amount of 268,096 euros for payment to suppliers and 16,516 euros for personnel expenses.
In addition, the Governing Board took cognizance of the judgment of the Montenatura Golf Resort Urban Development Project of October 23, whereby 200,000 euros plus interest corresponding to the fees will be returned and the administrative files will be archived.
