The Department of Environment of the City of Jumilla and the company Jumillana Waste Cranes and Containers will reinforce the service of selective collection door to door paper and cardboard during Christmas parties in the shops of the city.
Normally, the door-to-door selective collection service of paper and cardboard is carried out weekly on Mondays and Fridays, starting at 3:30 pm, at the shops located at Cánovas del Castillo street, Avenida de Levante, Avenida de Reyes Católicos , Cross streets and those businesses located in other areas of Jumilla that request previously, in the phone 968 71 61 51.
From 12 December to 13 January this service will be extended, one more day, being Monday, Wednesday and Friday, starting at the same time, at 15:30 hours.
For the correct operation of the service, merchants must place the carton at 2:00 p.m., if possible folding, at the door of your establishment.
Likewise, from the Department of Environment encourage the citizens of Jumilla, due to the large amount of waste generated during these dates, to give them a second life, reusing, recycling and selecting the same in containers enabled for it , And thus contribute among all, to a cleaner and sustainable Jumilla.
