The tenth edition of the Jumilla Popular Carrera Solidaria Race will be held on Saturday, December 17, as announced today by Councilor for Sports, Juan Manuel García, at the presentation press conference offered at the Municipal Swimming Pool Cover.
Again there will be a costume contest, which will take place at 4.30 p.m., with the goal that at 17.15 hours take the first exit of the race, destined to runners benjamines and fry.
Next, children and cadets will compete, with the departure of the queen race scheduled at 18.00 hours, with a course of 5,746 meters.
The heart of the race will be the Plaza de la Glorieta, where the exit and the finish will be installed and where Cruz Roja Jumilla will collect the two kilos of food that must be contributed by each participant.
Registration can be made at www.cronomur.es, 4 euros for federated athletes, 6 for non-federated and 8 euros for those who register on the day of the test.
All proceeds will go to the Red Cross.
The prebenjamines, benjamines, fry and children will not have to pay inscription, although it does provide food.
Juan Manuel Garcia has encouraged the Jumillanos to take part in the race and to disguise themselves "with the objective of creating again a festive and festive atmosphere in the streets of the city, as well as to make that the collection destined to the most needed ones is the most High possible ".
