The Department of Commerce of the City of Jumilla and the Association of Merchants Expoboda have organized a campaign to promote local commerce at Christmas that was presented this morning at a press conference by the area councilor, Cande Fernández, and the president of the association , Juan Manuel Coloma.
You can adhere to all establishments that wish, which will have a homogeneous decoration that will be distributed in the next days with the motto 'This Christmas shopping in Jumilla has a prize'.
The start of the campaign is scheduled for December 12, when each ticket will be delivered with a ticket that will participate in the drawing of the Express Purchase.
It will be held on the night of January 4 and the winner will have to spend 600 euros during the morning of January 5 in less than 3 hours, using a maximum of 100 euros per trade.
A total of 15,000 tickets will be distributed.
For Saturday, December 17, 'Shopping Night 1.0' has been prepared in which the shops that join will have open from 8 pm until midnight with exclusive offers for this activity, always at the discretion of each one of them.
There will be a charanga that will encourage the purchases in the surroundings of the participating trades.
For December 24, it is expected that Santa Claus will visit the stores accompanied by elves and music.
The Councilor of Commerce, Cande Fernández, has encouraged the merchants to join the campaign "regardless of their activity."
He has also shown his joy "for the great welcome that is taking the initiative and the high participation that is expected."
For his part, Juan Manuel Coloma has been satisfied to see that the association has once again "encouraged to do things after several years without activity. We hope that with the beginning of the year we will grow again and the activities will be even better."
