The City Council of Jumilla in collaboration with the Institute of Development of the Region of Murcia organized yesterday in the Roque Baños Center the presentation of the two new financing lines on preferential terms, which totaled 34 million euros from the European Investment Bank and the Institute of Credit and Finance of the Region of Murcia, are made available to companies and entrepreneurs in the Region of Murcia.
The day was presented by the councilman of Economy and Employment, Juan Gil, and the director of the Institute of Promotion of the Region of Murcia, Javier Celdrá.
The Emprendia line of participatory loans aims to financially support the efforts made by innovative companies or newly created innovative projects to promote growth and consolidation, as a means to boost economic development and job creation.
On the other hand, the line Industriel 4.0 aims to provide financing on an advantageous basis to SMEs with investment projects aimed at the digitization, modernization and competitive improvement of the company.
The deadline for submission of applications is 31 December and the amount can reach 1 million euros.
Councilor Juan Gil said: "From the City of Jumilla we are betting on the entrepreneur and these days are used so that the projects of our municipality can have the financing and viability they need."
