The Municipal People's Party Group reported yesterday at a press conference followed the processing in the recruitment procedure of the company responsible for implementing the Participatory Budget.
The popular Councilwoman Mari Carmen Cruz Vicente, regretted that the opacity of the current government does not allow access to full information procedure called Participatory Budgeting.
"While we have received a copy of the contract, we still do not have the requested report of the proceedings, or details of its implementation," said Cruz Vicente.
The Popular Party has repeatedly requested to know the total cost of resources used in the process, what kind of local materials has been used, dependencies, current expenditure, etc.
Also, as announced by the Popular Party, the procedure generated false expectations among citizens, since the end will be about 4 proposals which can get to run in the village and many others in the districts.
"As indicated powerplant has not been enough time for the consultation procedure," said Cruz.
