Councillor for Health, Lucia Jimenez, and the head of the OMIC, Antonia Gonzalez, presented today at a press conference Prevention Campaign Breast Cancer 2016 launched the Directorate General of Public Health along with the City of Jumilla and the Spanish Association Against Cancer.

It has been cited by letter to all women between 50 and 69 years, which will be held a mammogram, because this is the ideal age range for early detection making this test every two years.
Among the data that have been featured in the press notes that Jumilla is the population of the Murcia region with the highest percentage of participation in the campaign, exceeding 84%, while the regional average is 70%.
It also indicated that any woman who has not received the letter, are in that age range or think you may be at risk, have the possibility to make an appointment through the Health Center.
