The deadline for submitting applications for granting subsidies for the purchase of teaching materials and textbooks in the levels of the second cycle of Early Childhood Education for the academic year 2016/17 (Pequecheque) opened Sunday August 28, the day its publication in the BORM.
The period will close 30 days later, on September 26.
The submission of the request will be held in the General Register of the City of Jumilla in its regular schedule, which is 8 to 14 hours.
The amount of the grant is up to 100 euros per beneficiary, while supplies maximum budgetary provision of the call for 30,000 euros.
May apply for aid families of students enrolled in the course 2016/17 in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education of schools located in Jumilla, so the beneficiary will submit the application on behalf of the student, must necessarily be the parent or legal guardian.
It will be a requirement for such aid to the income of the household in 2015, depending on the number of members, they have not passed IPREM different maximum thresholds:
2 members: Up to 2 times the minimum wage (€ 14,910.28)
3 members: Up to 2.5 times the minimum wage (€ 18,637.85)
4 members: Up to 3 times the minimum wage (€ 22,365.42)
5 members: Up to 3.5 times the minimum wage (€ 26,092.99)
From the fifth member will add $ 3,000 for each new member computable.
Documents to be submitted
Next to the application document (Annex I) should be provided in order to promote local trade, original official invoice, or certified copy, issued by any library Jumilla, supporting the acquisition of books and / or complementary didactic material, by an amount equal to or greater than the amount of the aid,
name of the parent or guardian when part of the family unit, which must contain the accreditation of payment by signature, name and ID recognizing third payment to each target, and seal the property.
Since, predictably, at the time of closing date for submission of applications, has not been able to proceed with the purchase of material not available in bookstores, unavoidably the invoice must be provided to the file, before 10 October.
Failure to submit the same will result in automatic denial of aid.
We will have to attach certified photocopy of the DNI or NIF, passport, community card or residence permit of each of the members of the family unit more than 18 years.
In addition, certified photocopies of the pages of the Family in which they are enrolled father, mother, children;
certificate of IBAN account where you want to receive the amount of aid (parent or guardian);
signed declaration that all members of the household are aware of their tax obligations and Social Security (Annex II);
authorization to collect data from the State Tax Administration Agency (Annex III).
In case you want to get the deduction for large family or disability of a family member, it shall, in addition certified photocopy of large family card valid and certified photocopy of the certificate attesting condition of disability equal to or greater than 33 %.
In case of divorce, legal separation from parents or they do not cohabit or have never lived together, the parent who submits the application for aid is obliged to submit statement of separation or divorce and, where appropriate, regulatory agreement to accompany her.
