Unemployment figures in Jumilla have improved for the fourth consecutive month.
June also ended with fewer people registered unemployment than the previous month, as happened in March and April.
The total number of people seeking employment is 2,249, the best figure in the last six years.
On-year unemployment has fallen by 239 people desdejunio 2015 (2,488).
Compared to May there are 23 fewer people unemployed, showing different trend that the month of June 2015 which increased by 30 people.
This decrease of 23 others have been charged in women, with a total of 42 against men who have risen by a total of 19.
Grade Level the bulk of unemployment continues to focus on general education levels (primary and secondary), being much less significant in vocational education and especially in the higher vocational training.
By age, is still relatively low youth unemployment, only 9% (one percentage point decreases) of the total unemployed, the most numerous mothers over 45 years with a 47% group (remains) of total unemployed and 44% the group of 25-44 years.
By nationality remain almost the same percentages as in the previous month, representing Spanish 89% as the largest group, not being significant group of citizens of the European Union (barely 1%) and 10% foreigners outside the European Union.
By economic sector is reduced by 1% unemployed in the service sector, up to 48% of the total, the sector with a higher unemployment rate and is where the bulk of female unemployment is concentrated, followed by agriculture with 20 %, increasing by 1% from the previous month.
Similarly, the construction sector remains at 9% of the total unemployed and the industry sector, with 10%.
For his part, Councillor for Economy and Employment, Juan Gil, noted that "although the data are good, the stability of these works remains precarious. In what locally can be done, we will continue working on training and employment promotion to slowly continue down these numbers. "
