Integrated Agricultural Training and Experience (CIFE) Jumilla Center recently participated in the XVII edition of the show 'The trunk of student and employment' of the Alicante town of Elda, in order to spread among young people the training they can receive in this center related to the wine industry, the environment and agriculture.
At the fair, organized by the Town Council, they cite various institutes and universities, both in the Community of Valencia and the Region of Murcia, in order to inform and guide young people, parents and educators about the different possibilities given and training and employment options exist.
Jumilla ElCIFEA unveiled the activities and products that students made in four training courses as olive oil;
red wines, white and pink variety Monastrell;
orange liqueurs;
chocolate;
cider;
wine vinegars and jam, among others.
Cycle average degree of utilization and conservation of the natural environment pine plantations and nurseries and medium grade cycle of agro-ecological production presented beans, onions, tomatoes, peppers and tomato plants were exposed, among others.
