The Councillor for Sports, Juan Manuel García, accompanied by the President of the Club of Rhythmic Gymnastics Yecla, Salvador Marin, and the technical director of the club, Mari Cruz Cobelas, presented this morning to be the first edition of the tournament Rhythmic Gymnastics Jumilla City.
Sunday April 3 will be held from 10.00 am at City Hall Carlos Garcia.
It is scheduled to take part more than one hundred gymnasts among those participating in Level 1 and those who do level 3, in the latter case Base preparing for the National Championship.
The aim of this tournament is, as said in the press conference presentation in Jumilla enhance rhythmic gymnastics.
After holding the same period of information and promotion, which will serve as a thermometer for the number of stakeholders who are in Jumilla for this sport will open.
If the amount is deemed interesting, the mayor of Sports has indicated that it will try to launch a School of Gymnastics in the town for the future also has jumillanos children in different championships.
The tournament scheduled for April 3 is organized by the Rhythmic Gymnastics Club Yecla who is working in the nearby town for six years and competing for four years.
