The Cultural Association Jumillana (ASSCJ), based in Barcelona, ​​has delivered to the Cap de programes Social D'EDUCACIÓ the Penitentiary Centre of Joves de Catalunya (Head of Social Education programs Youth Penitentiary Center of Catalonia), nineteen murcianas native endangered seeds, to be planted, for young prisoners, in the Catalan prison garden for such purpose.

With this, the prison becomes part of the national network of prison gardens that the Templars Association of Jumilla (ATJ) by the Guardians Seed Project, activated in 2015, is weaving nationally in a first phase in which Murcia found penitentiaries II located in the municipality of Murcia Campos del Río, Ocana II in Toledo, and now the CP Joves in Catalonia.

Part of the new seeds will swell the National Bank of the Templars of Jumilla, indigenous seed endangered species, which will be redistributed, non-profit, in as many orchards, to existing experimentally, fostering hope to go on a clear commitment to biodiversity, combating climate change and safeguarding indigenous endangered species, while providing farmers and municipalities a portion of the seeds for planting.
