The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed a research aimed at clarifying the robbery at the premises of the Department of Works and Services City of Jumilla, which has led to the identification, location and arrest of a person, as alleged author of the theft and recovery of a mobile phone and a digital camera stolen.
The investigation began when the Civil Guard detected the theft of various effects of one of the facilities of the City of Jumilla, which were stolen diverse effects and coins of several vending machines located on the premises.
Meritorious inspected the property and was determined that the theft was committed 'neat' way, with the use of tools, pliers type, to fracture the perimeter fence, so that the author agreed for a place near where they were the then subtracted effects.
In line with this information, researchers began a tracking stolen effects and found out that both the mobile phone as the camera had tried to sell them at a commercial establishment of second-hand goods, which identified the author of the illicit investigated.
Christmas gifts of dubious origin
The investigation established a search on the suspect culminating with his location and arrest for alleged authorship of robbery with force things.
The Civil Guard has also recovered the mobile phone and the camera that were in the hands of a relative of the now stopped.
Apparently, the latter had given him the stolen as a 'Christmas present' objects, so once located have been recovered and returned to a representative of the city council.
The Spanish arrested 41-year-old resident of Jumilla, recovered and proceedings initiated effects have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 1 of Jumilla (Murcia).
