For this reason, the police arrested the driver of the articulated vehicle on suspicion of felony driving under the influence of alcohol, it greatly exceeded the prescribed fee, being made available to the Court of Instruction No. 2 of Jumilla (Murcia) , for holding the corresponding speedy trial.
During the arrest, agents verified that the now arrested was totally disoriented because of alcohol poisoning, also found inside the cab several empty wine bottles.
Apparently, the detainee was driving along the N-344 road towards Alcantarilla after unloading in a warehouse in Jumilla.

On February 12, 2016 he was also arrested the driver of a foreign articulated vehicle, in this case of Hungarian nationality, traveling on the same road, at the height of Yecla, for driving under the influence of alcohol, then exceeding eight times the maximum allowable rate.
