The Department of Works and Urbanism of the City of Jumilla reports that the Ministry of Public Works has extended the deadline to apply for regional aid for the rehabilitation of residential buildings in the Murcia region, the invitation is equipped with 9 million euros this year 2016 in the current Housing Plan.
Deadline for applications: Until March 31, 2016.
to carry out the works period: Until May 31, 2017.
Deadline for justification of works: Until June 30, 2017.
These grants are tasked to help communities of owners to carry out the rehabilitation of their property, in order to become an economic cooperation for homeowners.
They may purchase up to 14,850 euros per household or per 100 square meters of the premises, if they perform actions to improve conservation, energy efficiency and accessibility.
New in the call for aid prepayment is 30 percent of the grant, upon presentation of the municipal license and certificate start work.
Payment of the remaining 70 percent of the aid will be made once I made the final certificate of work.
Aid for rehabilitation have three lines of action.
One is that of conservation, whose work will focus on improving the foundation, structure and facilities of the property;
decks, roofs, facades and other common elements, but also public service facilities (electricity, plumbing, gas, sanitation, waste collection and sorting and telecommunications).
Homeowners can get up to 2,700 euros per household, that amount may be doubled, to 5,400 euros if in addition to the conservation actions are performed works in energy efficiency and accessibility.
In energy efficiency, the work will go to reduce demand by at least 30 percent.
To do this, works relating to building insulation, carpentry, glazing, bioclimatic devices will be subsidized;
installation or replacement of heating, cooling, ventilation and hot water production and installation of equipment using renewable energy.
The aid will range between 2,700 and 6,750 euros per household, depending on the degree of reduction in energy demand, 30 or 50 percent.
In terms of accessibility, up 67.5 percent will subsidize the cost of the work and support may be up to 5,400 euros per household.
The aid is intended to subsidize the installation and adjustment of elevators, ramps, stair lifts and devices for sensory disabilities;
the implementation of support elements that allow disabled access to public areas, and the installation of audiovisual elements of information, warning or guidance on stairs and elevators, as well as communication between homes and abroad.
