Yesterday, the classroom culture of Caja Murcia hosted a new conference within the cultural week being developed by the Federation of Peñas the Harvest Festival, in collaboration with the ICV.
In this case, the talk was hosted by the winemaker Francisco Pardo and was on 'The Technique of Wine throughout history. "
The conference will present data collected from multiple sources about how to make the wine, with a vast collection of images of works of art.

Activities continue this afternoon with a Lecture and Roundtable Discussion on the evolution of the Harvest Festival in its 39 year existence and will feature the participation of various presidents of the Federation of Peñas.
