| More than 200 6th grade students have participated with works from all schools in the municipality | Alexandru Tutoin, from CEIP San Francisco, has won the first prize in the Contest 'Painting against gender violence' organized by the City Council of Jumilla, within the activities of the 25N, with the participation of 6 students Of Primary Education, who have made more than 200 drawings.
The winner has the motto 'No more' and will receive 60 euros in school supplies.
The drawing 'No to gender violence', by Iv n Fern ndez Valenzuela, (Colegio Concertado Santa Ana), has been chosen as second prize, while Karim Harakat Ib ñez, from CEIP San Francisco, won has won the third prize with 'Gender violence is everyone's business'.
Both will receive 40 and 30 euros in school supplies respectively.
The Councilor for Social Policy, Antonio L pez, thanked schools, teachers and students for their involvement with the contest and highlighted the importance of continuing to raise awareness from school age to end gender violence.
Likewise, he recalled that in case of any need regarding gender violence, help can be requested through 016, 112, in the Alertcop application or in the CAVI, located in the Jumilla Social Services Center.
