The cost of the most important action (not the only one) on that site amounted to 31,702.33 euros, to which more expenses would have to be added.
All expenses were assumed in a subsidiary way by the Jumilla City Council.
All expenses that are executed in this way must be paid by the owner of the lot, in case they are not paid, the same procedures are followed as with any natural or legal person.
While IU Verdes was part of the municipal corporation, it required information on that matter and others of the same type, the answers then were that all the expenses were being collected to do what was due, collect the actions executed subsidiarily.
The IU Verdes formation is surprised that the current sale price of that lot is much lower than the amount that the owner or owners of the lot had to pay or paid.
Hence, confirmation is demanded that the government team did what it should, collect what the city council spent on that lot.
If so, we have nothing to object, but otherwise we believe that the City Council should do so diligently without any delay.
For Green IU, the City Council must be equally effective when requesting executions of certain actions with any owner.
At present, the large number of lots, houses and properties that are owned by companies or funds located far from Jumilla should not be an obstacle to enforce everyone equally.
The political groups of the opposition will be the ones who can more effectively control this type of situation, but IU Verdes will continue to demand that the City Council confirm that it did the right thing or that it does it if it still has not did.
