Aguas de Jumilla collaborates with this project, aimed at people who, after losing their job with more than 45 years, are looking for a new professional opportunity that allows them to rejoin the labor market and resume an autonomous life.
The people who participate in the project will carry out an intensive employment itinerary that includes training and career guidance actions, as well as workshops and information sessions to expand knowledge about the labor market in certain sectors of activity.
92 people from Jumilla are already benefiting from the development of actions that reinforce their capacities, facilitating their adaptation to the needs of the business fabric. This initiative also has the co-financing of the European Social Fund and the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy, through the Operational Program for Social Inclusion and Social Economy (POISES) for the period 2018-2021, and Bankia.
