| The objective is to continue with the support of the City Council for commerce and local activity in general, so that the rest of the fees and taxes remain frozen and existing bonuses are maintained | Tonight it has been unanimously approved in an extraordinary plenary session to suspend until December 31, 2021 the rate of occupation of the public road with tables and chairs and the rate for the administrative activity of intervention in the matter of activities and opening of establishments . The objective is to continue with the City Council's support for commerce and local activity in general, extending the suspension of the terrace occupancy rate for one year, the elimination of which until the end of 2020 was approved in plenary session last May.

For the same purpose, the suspension of the activity rate and the opening of establishments is now included. On the other hand, a technical modification of the fee for the issuance and processing of administrative documents related to real estate taxes has also been unanimously approved.

These suspensions and modifications will be effective once their final approval is published in the BORM, after 30 days in public exposure in case claims are filed. The rest of the fees and taxes are frozen and the rest of the previous bonuses are maintained, such as the 3% reduction of the IBI by domiciliation or by large family.

In addition, last September the bases for the granting of 400,000 euros in subsidies to commerce, restaurants and hotels in Jumilla were approved by competitive competition.
