The City Council has contracted the rehabilitation and reform works of the facades of the Club for the Third Age and the social premises of La Alquería.Specifically in the social premises, the action will consist of the repair of the facades, both the exterior and the interior, with access to the backyard.In the case of the Senior Club, both facades will also be rehabilitated, although in this case paint work and interior finishes will also be carried out.

The works will be carried out by the local company Construcciones Euloman and will have a cost of 28,616.40 euros.It will complete the comprehensive rehabilitation of both buildings, which began with the reform of the roofs and the interior.
