The files were approved unanimously, with the exception of 101/2020 which had an abstention by a councilor of the PP. The September Plenary also approved the General Account 2019 with the votes in favor of the PSOE, the abstention of the Mixed Group and the opposite of the PP. Likewise, the PP proposal to urge the Government of Spain not to appropriate the resources of local entities was rejected. On the other hand, it was approved with the votes in favor of the PSOE and the abstentions of PP and Mixed Group to roll back the actions of the administrative contract of electricity supplies of municipal buildings and facilities at the time of publication of the specifications of particular technical prescriptions in the Platform of Public Sector Contracting. In the control part, he reported the resolutions of the Mayor's Office, the judicial decisions and the report on the execution of the Budget for the second quarter of 2020.
