The Governing Board held this Monday has approved the justification for the 35,000 euro subsidy granted to the Central Board of Holy Week Brotherhoods in the 2019 financial year, as well as the 2,000 euro granted to the Hinneni Group, 802 euros of the 860 granted to the Cofradía del Rollo, within line 2 of the subsidies of competitive attendance of the Department of Culture, as well as that received by the Association of Rehabilitated Alcoholics of Jumilla (ARJU) for an amount of 5,700 euros. Likewise, the subsidies granted to the Fuente del Pino, La Estacada, La Alquería, La Raja and Román districts have been justified correctly, at a rate of 1,000 euros each. The agreements for the direct subsidy foreseen in the General Budget 2020 have also been approved with the Central Board of Holy Week Brotherhoods of Jumilla and the Francisco Salzillo Group of Choirs and Dances for the amounts of 23,000 and 5,000 euros respectively, as a dissemination strategy of the traditions and popular culture of the municipality.
These are the amounts approved in the modification of the budget execution bases in the plenary session last June, by which, in the face of the pandemic, the subsidies provided by name were reformed. On the other hand, agreement has been shown to the proposal of the direct grant decree of 105,240.55 euros by the General Directorate of Educational Innovation and Attention to Diversity for financing the operation of the Professional Music Conservatory during the 2020 financial year The rest of the cost of this service is borne by the Jumilla City Council, the annual amount of its operation being 430,000 euros, including the Municipal School of Music. Likewise, it has also been approved to accept the grant of 54,203.12 euros from the Ministry of Social Policy aimed at financing the staff costs of the Center for Attention to Victims of Gender Violence (CAVI). Award proposals The award proposal to the company Recursos Energéticos del Sureste of batch 1 of fuel (diesel C) for the supply of heating in municipal buildings is approved.
The award process for lot 2, which corresponds to the supply of propane gas with the same purpose, has been left void.
Likewise, the award proposal to the commercial Red de Española de Servicios for the supply of fuel for the automotive sector of the City Council is approved, both in lot (diesel) and in lot 2 (gasoline).
In all cases, it is for a period of two years, extendable for another two years. On the other hand, it has been agreed to extend for two years the contract for food delivery services for the elderly and dependents with the company Nueva Cocina Mediterránea under the same conditions, for the price of 72,937.92 euros. Finally, 16 sanctioning files and an urban planning license have been approved.
