The winning company is Alonso López Valverde SL and the performance will cost 14,598 euros. The new fence will be aligned with the north facade of the main building of the old CEIP Príncipe Felipe.
The CEIP Carmen Conde will go from having an area of ??3,376.67 m2 to 5,261.45 m2, thus fulfilling one of the long-standing demands of this educational community. The rest of the plot and buildings of the old CEIP Príncipe Felipe have been transferred to the General Directorate of Local Administration of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations to serve as an extension for the IES Infanta Elena.
