| The subsidy will be 30,000 euros for each group, the amount of which has doubled compared to last year in order to collaborate in dealing with the current health situation | Through resolution of the Mayor's Office, the collaboration agreement between the City Council of Jumilla with the Local Committee of the Spanish Red Cross in Jumilla and Cáritas Diócesis Cartagena Jumilla has been approved for the direct award of a subsidy of 30,000 euros for each group provided by name in the Municipal Budget 2020.
This is the renewal of an agreement that has been signed for several years, but whose amount is double compared to last year with the aim of collaborating in dealing with the current health situation. Through them, which will be signed shortly, the Jumilla Red Cross will dedicate 15,000 euros for its office of attention to immigrants and the other 15,000 for social attention due to the pandemic.
For its part, Cáritas Jumilla will use 15,000 euros for social care for vulnerable groups and the remaining 15,000 euros to deal with covid19.
