| The objective of this agreement, which has been reached unanimously in an extraordinary plenary session held today, is to study the modification of the General Municipal Planning Plan of Jumilla | At noon today an extraordinary and urgent plenary session was held in which the suspension for one year of the granting of building licenses, both for new construction and for expansion or substantial modification, of intensive livestock farms, in all the municipal term of Jumilla.
The purpose is to study the modification of the General Municipal Planning Plan of Jumilla. It is an agreement reached in the Board of Spokespersons between the mayor, Juana Guardiola, and the three municipal groups by which this joint proposal is presented in order to suspend this type of licenses within the term that the law allows and to be able to study in in depth the regulation in greater detail and concretion of the intensive or industrial livestock activity in the municipality of Jumilla.
