The Local Government Board has started the contracting file for the award of the operation of the new permanent kiosk built next to the Antonio Ibáñez football field.
Likewise, the file for contracting the maintenance of security systems and presence control in municipal buildings has been started.
The proposal for the award of the banking collaboration contract in the collection has been accepted in favor of the merchant Caixabank, with a maximum expected price of 45,719.60 euros. On the other hand, the specifications have been approved and the process of awarding the contract to organize the courses of the Municipal Tennis School has begun for a period of two years, extendable for another two years and a base bid budget of 89,283, 70 euros. The municipal technical architect, Carlos Chico, is appointed as execution director and health and safety coordinator of the reconstruction works of the M House in the Iberian town of Coimbra del Barranco Ancho, with the supervision of the Municipal Archaeologist, Emiliano Hernández. In justification of subsidies, those granted in 2019 to the Rural Women's Association of Fuente del Pino have been approved for 1,847.75 euros for the start-up of the Short Story Workshop and the Interpretation and Creation Workshop of Chirigotas, as well such as the one granted to the Brotherhood of the Holy Christ of the Sentence for an amount of 418.31 euros as collaboration for the edition of the book of the 40th anniversary of the brotherhood. Finally, 14 disciplinary proceedings and 21 urban planning licenses have been approved.
