| A comprehensive reform of the building is being carried out with an investment of 135,000 euros | The rehabilitation works of one of the social premises of the Cañada del Trigo will conclude at the end of August.
They are being carried out by the company Intagua SL with a project by the architect Gumersindo Esteve and represent an investment of 135,072.77 euros.This morning they have been visited by the mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, and the councilors of Works and Pedanías, Francisco González and María Belén López, accompanied by the pediatrician, José Agustín Escandell.It is a rehabilitation in high demand by the residents of the area.
A comprehensive reform of the building is being carried out, in which only those facades, walls and roofs that are in optimal conditions of stability and are functional have been preserved.A total interior renovation of the building is being undertaken, given its poor general condition, in which the fixed installations necessary for the start-up of the bar are being established, except for the furniture.Likewise, it will be unified and will provide the necessary electrical power to be able to make adequate use of the activities for which it is going to be used.
