| This year, short stories and experiences of people linked to this group will be shared on social networks | As a symbol of tolerance and equality, for the sixth consecutive year the rainbow flag will be placed on the balcony of the Jumilla City Hall to commemorate LGBTI + Pride Day (lesbian, gay, transsexual, bisexual and intersex) that is celebrated this Sunday, June 28. The event will be held this Friday at 11:30 am, at which time, in addition, a manifesto will be read in the plenary hall of the City Hall "with the aim of continuing to raise awareness of the equality of people regardless of their sexual identity, gender or sexual orientation, "said the Mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, and the Councilor for Equality, Lola Gómez.
The participation of representatives of LGTBI + groups in the municipality is also planned. This year, from Wednesday morning to Friday, different short stories and experiences that have been recorded by people linked to this group will be shared on social networks of the Department of Equality and the City Council.
