| Taught by David Schwartzwalder within a 3-day seminar on products from Spain | The journalist and prestigious wine expert from Spain, David Schwartzwalder, gave two master classes on the peculiarities of the PDO Jumilla and its native variety, Monastrell, to the students of the IHK sommelier school in Würzburg, and Deutsche Wein und Sommelierschule in Koblenz , two of the most prestigious in Germany.There have been two sessions that have become especially relevant due to the times in which they have been held.
The first session took place on May 12, and the second session took place in Koblenz yesterday, June 16.

In its last 2019 edition, the winning wines represented 50% of Monastrell wines as much as Syrah, and of course, the assemblies.The German market is one of the most important for the Jumilla DOP, and occupies the fourth position in its sales worldwide.
