The Local Government Board has arranged the opening of the procedure for the award of the administrative contract for the drafting of the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan through an open procedure, with the base budget being 59,975.61 euros.
It will allow the identification of existing needs and define the action program to be followed by the City Council.
Among other things, the plan will take into account establishments in need of loading and unloading, an analysis of road safety and parking, as well as public transport.
It is intended to collect the requests of associations and groups that are considered of interest.
Likewise, the process of awarding the supply contract for the acquisition of electrical equipment for maintenance work in the municipality for two years renewable for another two years for a total budget of 125,803.48 euros has been initiated.
It also begins the process of awarding the special administrative contract for the management of the municipal scale for two years extendable to another two for which the City Council will have the right to receive a minimum of 20% of the income, which can be improved upward.
On the other hand, Eurocontrol has been awarded the contract for inspection of municipal facilities subject to industrial security for 26,283.62 euros per year and a period of two years extendable to two more.
Other agreements
The Local Government Board has approved an agreement with the Integrated Training and Agricultural Experiences Center of Jumilla (CIFEA) for the realization of training practices.
Likewise, the grant reimbursement file granted to the Jumilla Boxing Club has been resolved due to competitive participation in 2018.
Finally, two dossiers for deferral and installment of payments have been approved, two applications for authorization to conduct driving school practices, nine disciplinary proceedings and ten urban planning licenses.
