Garbage containers are insufficient, poorly located, hamper the traffic of people and vehicles, as well as not being adapted to people.

Garbage collection with containers throughout the urban area is showing that it gives bad results, but especially in areas with narrower streets and where cleaning is most necessary because municipal services do not pass through all areas with the same frequency.

Both the old town, as the high areas and where the streets are narrow have many problems with the location of the containers, which are not cleaned as often as necessary and when it is done they leave draining the cleaning liquid.

The container covers, those metal artifacts commissioned to a construction company a while ago (we never explained the reason to commission them to a construction company instead of companies in the metal sector) we believe they do not have any type of approval ( for many laps that we have been looking for the CE marking that would show that approval, we have not seen it)

These metal hulls make it difficult for people with short stature, seniors and people with little strength in the arms, to deposit the garbage, they also leave much to be desired when leaking remains between the container and the sheet and are dirtier than normal containers.

In addition, the number of containers is totally insufficient on weekends and every Monday we see many of them fully saturated without being festive times.

The location and distribution of containers has never been the subject of serious debate, with plans and reports on the table, in the past legislature it was not so and in this much we fear that the opposition

It is not yet to demand any of this when it is one of the problems that generates more complaints.

All of the above reasons make us request the removal of container covers, a better distribution of containers and the study of other forms of collection in certain areas of the town such as small containers, door-to-door waste collection and the implementation of the brown container in an orderly and logical way.
