The Local Government Board has approved the project that will govern the rehabilitation works of the M house of the Iberian town of Coimbra del Barranco Ancho, whose budget amounts to 97,504.22 euros, of which 79,504.22 will come through a grant of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the remaining 18,000 will be provided by the City Council.
The complete reconstruction of a house excavated in recent years by the University of Murcia will be carried out with the objective that the visitor can enjoy a real-sized Iberian house, as well as its importance within the urban layout of the town.
In addition, it will preserve the structures found, such as walls and cupboards made of adobes or plasters, preventing their degradation due to erosion and inclement weather.
Likewise, all the furniture found inside the house will be placed in its original place.
On the other hand, the health and safety plan for the renovation of drinking water, sewerage and asphalting networks of the street between Mancebón and Fourth District has been approved.
It is approved to accept the direct grant grant for 9,500 euros to carry out activities of the 'Working on equality between men and women' program within the objectives set by the Municipal Equality Plan 2020.
Finally, six urban planning licenses and two files for the return of definitive guarantees have been approved.
