The mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, and the manager of Aguas de Jumilla, Manuel Rayo, have delivered this afternoon in the auditorium of the Center for Social Services, the prizes of the poster and video contest on the activities of the International Day against Gender Violence (25N) organized by the City Council and whose awards have been sponsored by Aguas de Jumilla.
The high school students of the IES Infanta Elena and Archbishop Lozano have participated, who have presented a total of 29 posters and 8 videos.
The winning poster, which was presented at a press conference last week, is the work of Iván Yuste, of the IES Archbishop Lozano, awarded 200 euros.
Rocío Jiménez and Daniel Navarra have won the second and third prizes, with 100 and 50 euros respectively.
As for the videos, the first prize has been for 'Love is not the host', made by a group of students of the IES Infanta Elena.
In second position he has finished 'Letter to a woman', also of the IES Infanta Elena.
'Jealous', the work of the students of the IES Archbishop Lozano, has achieved third place.
In this case they are also awarded 200, 100 and 50 euros respectively.
