Bodegas Luzón has created a wine to unite emotions with the senses.
From the velvety touch on its label, visible by the vividness of its color, smell and, of course, taste.
A Coupage composed of 80% Monastrell and 20% Syrah, varieties that grow in a field that offers grapes of great aromatic intensity and good balance between sugar and acidity.
The result is a deep cherry wine, with expressive and intense aromas of which red and black fruit notes stand out.
In the mouth, we find it succulent, with a freshness of great character and typicality.
Without a doubt, a red wine with a lot of personality.
The creation of this new wine by Bodegas Luzón lies in the search for the Soul, a suggestive subject to which hundreds of thinkers, historians, philosophers and scientists have dedicated their lives since ancient times to answer this question.
It has finally been shown that the Soul, understood as that ability to remember important moments and, above all, get excited about different situations, resides in the brain through its neural connections, which have been wanted to represent in a new label as a explosion of flavors and emotions.
After a harvest done manually, in boxes of 15 kg, the fruit has been allowed to macerate at low temperature, selecting clusters and carrying out an alcoholic fermentation in 500 liter barrels.
Subsequently, it is passed to new French and American oak barrels to carry out the malolactic fermentation and its aging for 22 months.
Before leaving the market, this new red wine, which is presented in a limited edition of 4,858 bottles, has spent 16 months of rest in the bottle waiting for its right moment to conquer the most demanding palates, as well as to satisfy those who are looking for a Fresh wine, with great personality and elegance.
