The Local Government Board has begun the process of preparing the Special Plan for the Protection of the Historic Artistic Site (PEPCHA).
In the session on Monday, the technical specifications and administrative clauses were approved and the procedure for awarding the technical assistance contract for the drafting of the study and the plan is opened, with the bidding base budget of 78,650 euros.
In addition, a commission will be established to monitor the progress of the work.
On the other hand, it is approved to accept the donation made by Manuel Gea Rovira and Faustina Bustamante Tomás to the Jerónimo Molina Municipal Museum and the Jumilla Municipal Archive.
The agreement for the direct granting of the grant of 25,000 euros foreseen in the 2019 Budget to the Federation of Peñas of the Harvest Festival is approved to collaborate with the activities that this group organizes.
It is also agreed to modify the contracts with the Julián Santos Musical Association and Jumillana Association of Friends of Music so that two of the actions planned by each of them that were not executed during Holy Week can be carried out at the disposal of the Department of Culture before December 31.
The Jumilla Handball Club has justified its grant of 981.25 euros granted in 2018 on a competitive basis.
Minor contracts
In smaller contracts, the Government Board has approved the purchase of a multifunction display for the Conservatory and Municipal School of Music as a digital tool to facilitate classes for teachers and students.
The cost will be 2,030.38 euros through the company Localiza Soluciones Tecnológicas SLU.
Likewise, the necessary consultancy for the adaptation of the City Council to the National Security Scheme for 3,509 euros is contracted with the company Onofre Barquero Lorente, as well as the consultancy for the modification of the tax management modules related to the generation of agricultural crop receipts by 8,712 euros through T-Systems.
On the other hand, the culture classroom of the CAM-City Council Foundation will be provided with the necessary infrastructure to provide full Wi-Fi coverage, for a cost of 1,988 euros with Telecable Jumilla.
In addition, the review of the local Police ethymeter by Radinstal will be contracted for 712.69 euros.
Finally, in liquidation of obligations an amount of 60,384.08 euros has been approved for payment to suppliers, as well as 35 disciplinary proceedings and 18 urban development licenses.
