The cultural spaces of Jumilla received the weekend that World Tourism Day was commemorated a total of 1,371 visits, as reported today by the mayor of Jumilla, Juana Guardiola, and the area councilor, María Quílez.
The Ethnography and Science section of the Jerónimo Molina Municipal Museum with 320 people was the place with the most visitors, followed by the Vico Theater, which had 289. There was also an open day at the Craftsman's House, Castle and Archaeological Museum.
The City Council was also available to visitors as a tourist resource, as was the rest of the weekends.
There are still six guided tours of the program prepared for this year.
The next two Sundays (October 20 and 27) will be held in the Cemetery, on November 10 and 24 there will be a route through the Old Town with entrance to the Archaeological Museum, while on December 8 and 15 the visit to the Old Town It includes Castle and Ethnographic and Nature Sciences Museum.
Likewise, the activities to be carried out on November 10 on the occasion of the European Wine Tourism Day are being finalized.
