The ordinary plenary of September held last night unanimously approved granting 75% of the quota imposed on construction, facilities and works (ICIO) to the works of four companies in the municipality, which will lead to savings of 122,613.74 euros.
On the other hand, the regulatory bases for granting grants to neighborhood associations were approved.
Applicants may obtain a maximum of 2,000 euros, based on the assessment made by the evaluation commission, which will take into account the number of partners, the economic profitability of their projects, the number of assemblies held annually, collaboration with groups of municipal work, the adaptation of the activities and their results to the proposed objectives, the promotion of citizen participation, the availability of resources and the incorporation in the projects of criteria for the promotion of equality and diversity.
Applications may be made in the General Registry, once the call is established.
The rules were approved unanimously and a claim filed by the PP group was rejected.
In addition, the technical specifications and administrative clauses of the municipal building cleaning contract were unanimously approved, as well as initiating the procedure for awarding it separated into two lots, the bidding base budget being 1,828,283.62 euros for educational and sports centers and 856,322.81 euros for the rest of buildings.
Motions
There was unanimity in the two motions presented.
It was approved, at the request of the PP, that the City of Jumilla promote the transfer of the right to use municipal industrial land as a surface right or similar mechanisms to investors and companies that implement projects that generate more than 50 stable or quality posts .
Likewise, after the amendment of the PSOE, it was approved to complete the dissolution procedure of the Marble Estate, according to an agreement of August 2, so that the Jumilla Industrial Estate can have available municipal land.
On the other hand, it was agreed, with a motion of the PP, that the City Council designate a street or public place with the name of Francisco González López for the selfless donation of a collection of insects composed of more than 7,000 copies.
The 2018 General Account was approved with the positive votes of the PSOE and the abstentions of PP and Mixed Group, as well as an increase of 0.25% in the remuneration of personnel, in this case unanimously.
Likewise, three invoices were approved with incidents worth 21,209 euros with votes in favor of the PSOE and contrary by the rest of the groups.
In addition, an extrajudicial recognition of credit was approved for 57,640.03 euros related to invoices that do not correspond to expenses subject to prior inspection.
Finally, he realized the Mayor's resolutions, the delegated councilors, the judicial resolutions, the 2018 reparations report and the execution of the Budget for the second quarter of 2019.
