Today the deadline for applying for grants for sports activities under competitive competition is over.
The appropriation for these grants is, as approved in the 2019 Municipal Budget, of 40,000 euros.
They will be awarded according to four different lines: sports activity programs in federated competition (line 1), sports initiation programs (line 2), organization of sports events in Jumilla (line 3) or program for individual athletes competing in regional, national events or international (line 4).
40% will be assigned to line 1, while 30, 20 and 10% to lines 2, 3 and 4 respectively.
Until August 29, you can apply for grants under competitive competition for the acquisition of teaching materials and textbooks for the second cycle of Early Childhood Education of the 2019/20 course.
A maximum of 100 euros per student will be granted until the budget credit of 30,000 euros is exhausted.
Grants to cultural projects
Likewise, the regulatory bases for granting grants to cultural projects are approved initially.
They can be requested once they are definitively approved and after their publication in the BORM.
It is the first time that the City Council prepares this call for free competition, which has a budget of 40,000 euros and three lines of subsidy.
The specific concession lines will be three.
The first, for publications, will have a maximum of 30% of the budget line.
The second, with an endowment of 20% of the total, will be for the attention of exhibitions, commemorative events related to the celebration of anniversaries, conferences, conferences and cultural competitions or workshops.
Finally, 50% of the budget will go to the third line, the call for the organization of concerts, festivals, cultural exchanges, Performing Arts performances and audiovisual projections.
In all cases, the application procedures must be done in the General Registry of the City Council of Jumilla.
